Stephen is the principle broker after purchasing Hosler Realty Inc. in 1989 from David Hosler, son of Charles Hosler who founded the company in 1939.  In addition to real estate, Stephen has served the community as a Certified Public Accountant for nearly 40 years.

Gregg Pyle

Associate Broker/ Co-Owner

Gregg has been a sales associate with Hosler Realty since 1992 and earned his associate broker license in 2000. He became co-owner with his brother, Stephen, in 2002 after purchasing ownership interests from former co-owner, Tony Black.

Dave Button

Associate Broker / Licensed Residential Appraiser

Dave began his real estate career at Avilla Realty in 1987 as a licensed sales associate and the following year earned his associate broker license. He also worked for 13 years at Yuska Realty / Orizon Realty before joining Hosler Realty in 2003. Dave is also a Licensed Residential Appraiser since earning that certification in 1991.

Patsy Brandgard

Associate Broker

Patsy earned her sales associate license in 1998 and began her real estate career with Four Seasons Realty. After twelve years there, she joined Hosler Realty in 2010 and recently earned her Associate Broker license in 2013.

Sales Associate

Shawn began her real estate career with Hosler Realty after earning her sales associate license in 2002. As an Albion resident, she is very knowledgeable of the central Noble County market area.

Bob began his real estate career with Hosler Realty after earning his sales associate license in 2005 and his Associate Broker license in 2013. In addition to real estate, Bob also serves as a pastor at a local church.

Cheryl began her real estate career as secretary with Hosler Realty in 2002.  She earned her sales associate license in 2003 and associate broker license in 2004.
